Membership Upgrades & Retention

• Member: Free to join.
• VIP: Spend HK$3,000 within the most recent 12 months.
• Gold VIP: Spend HK$6,000 within the most recent 12 months.
• Membership status will be reviewed annually based on the total spending over the most recent 12 months.
• Once the upgrade threshold is met, the membership tier will be updated immediately, and the corresponding benefits will become available right away.

New Member Welcome Offer

• New members will receive a welcome voucher of "HK$30 off on orders over HK$500".
• The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
• Each member is entitled to receive and use this voucher once only.
• The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other designated promotions.

Birthday Benefits

• Members must provide their correct date of birth in their member profile.
• Birthday vouchers will be automatically issued during the member's birthday month.
• Birthday vouchers must be used within the specified validity period; they will expire after that.

Points Program

• Points will be awarded only after an order has been completed.
• Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will not earn points.
• If a refund or return is made on an order after points have been issued, Milky Mama reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points.
• Points are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.

Other Terms

• Member benefits may not apply to selected products, limited-edition items, or special promotional campaigns.
• Milky Mama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the membership program, benefits, and related terms at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute, Milky Mama reserves the right of final decision.
