Simple to Use
- Charge fully before first use (solid white light = ready).
- Press and hold the power button (1.5 seconds) to turn on.
- Short press the power button to cycle through the 10 vibration modes.
- Use the heat button to select your preferred warmth level. The heat indicator light shows the active setting:
- Low (40°C): Light flashes slowly.
- Medium (45°C): Light flashes quickly.
- High (50°C): Light stays on solidly.
- Hold the heat button for 1.5 seconds to turn the heat off.
- Glide gently in circular motions toward the nipple for best results.
Tips for Best Results
- For the Warming Function: When using heat, first allow the massager to run on your desired setting for 3-5 minutes. Place it on a soft, stable surface while it warms up, as it will continue to vibrate. Before applying to your breast, lightly test the temperature on your inner wrist to ensure it is comfortable and not too hot.
- Use for 5–10 minutes per breast, 2–3 times daily.
- Pair with hand massage or pumping to enhance milk flow.
- Apply warmth before feeding or pumping to help stimulate letdown.
