■Instructions:
1. Put the whole "Bear Belly Patch" pouch (packaging) in warm water to make an appropriate temperature to use.
2. Take out the sheet from pouch and unfold.
3. Place the bear's mouth (the hole) on your belly button and slowly attach the sheet to the belly.
4. Leave the sheet about 10 mins and remove it. Gently massage your skin with the essence.
